About This Site

Who am I?
My name is Mary Hoerr. I'm a forty-something homemaker/web designer/computer support assistant married to Dave Hoerr, with one daughter, Freddie. I do not have a degree in Psychology, nor am I certified to adminster the MBTI.
About 8 years ago, when I was working as a contractor with Apple Computer, I came upon a HyperCard version of a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. For information on my Web Design business, go to Mary Hoerr's Web Page Design.
I was so impressed with the results that I went out and bought Please Understand Me, by David Keirsey and Marilyn Bates, as it recommended. Since then, I have read over ten books on type, subscribe to the Type Reporter, continue to read about and study type on my own, and have attended one workshop on type. I'm an INTP.

Mary Hoerr's Web Page Design designed & maintains this site.

How does this Site work?
Every week I provide a list of four or five new links, with reviews, on my This Week page. Also on this page is a short description of my article, or feature, for the week.
After a link review has been featured on This Week, I move it to one of my Net Link categories. After a feature has run, I move it to one of the Past Features Archive. There are no "Past Issues" as such available.
The yellow buttons at the top of the page take you to other places on this site. Links within a page usually take you somewhere outside of this site.
This site is listed as the web site of interest to NF's for the January/February 1999 issue of the NF Journal. Thanks, Brian and Mary Twillman!
